ACC has asked the Board to draw practitioners’ attention to the 2.22% increase in contributions ACC pays for treatment, consultation and imaging under the Cost of Treatment Regulations.

The increase to payments for visits and treatments is expected to take effect from 1 December 2016.

ACC says:

“We will work with Practice Management Systems (PMS) vendors to update PMS. For any treatments taking place after 1 December, providers who don’t use a PMS will need to ensure they invoice us at the new rates. Any invoices billed at the old rates will be returned.”
