Tania Williams – Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal decision

The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal has published its decision following a hearing on 19 October 2016 between a Professional Conduct Committee appointed by the Physiotherapy Board and Tania Williams, a registered physiotherapist.

Increase in ACC payments

ACC has asked the Board to draw practitioners’ attention to the 2.22% increase in contributions ACC pays for treatment, consultation and imaging under the Cost of Treatment Regulations.
