All documents supplied to the Board must be originals or certified copies.
Documents that have not been correctly certified will not be accepted.
In the case of applications for registration, failure to provide correctly
certified documents will cause significant delays.
What is a certified copy?
A certified copy is a photocopy of the original that has been certified
as a true copy.
Who may certify a copy?
The issuing authority, an official such as a solicitor, notary public,
Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Oaths may certify a copy.
Please see the attached list for those officials the Physiotherapy Board
recognises in your country.
